BugFeatures is a free, simple add-on for your site that allows your visitors to request a feature or report a bug.
How do I use it?
Copy the code below into the HTML of your site and edit the values for "your_name" and "your_domain" to represent your email address.

How does it work?
The contents of the form submitted by your visitors will be emailed to the address you provide. The form itself uses AJAX to dynamically process the data without your visitors ever leaving your site.

What is the catch?
